SUMMARY:Spiritualist Billet Service
DESCRIPTION:Join Us for a Special Billet Service! Medium: Teri Del   Aurora \nDate: July 22\,2026 \nTime: 7:30pm \nWhere: The Memorial Spiritualist Church \nDiscover the Mystical World of Spiritualism \nWe warmly invite you to experience the transformative and enlightening practice of a Billet Service. This unique spiritual gathering offers a profound opportunity to connect with the higher realms and receive messages of guidance and love. \nWhat is a Billet Service? \nIn the tradition of Spiritualism\, a Billet Service is a sacred ceremony where messages from the spirit world are conveyed to participants. Here’s how it works: \n\nWriting Your Question or Message: Participants write a question or a message on a small piece of paper\, called a “billet.” This could be anything on your mind or heart—seeking guidance\, a message for a loved one\, or a question about your spiritual path.\nFolding the Billet: The billet is then folded to keep its contents private.\nThe Medium’s Role: A medium\, gifted with the ability to communicate with the spirit world\, takes the billets and\, without opening them\, connects with the spiritual energies. The medium receives impressions\, messages\, and insights from spirit guides\, loved ones who have passed on\, or other spiritual entities.\nSharing the Messages: The medium then shares the received messages aloud\, offering profound insights\, comfort\, and guidance to the participants.\n\nWhy Attend a Billet Service? \n\nPersonal Guidance: Receive specific\, personal guidance from the spirit world to help you on your When spiritual journey.\nHealing and Comfort: Experience the comfort of connecting with loved ones who have passed on\, receiving their messages of love and reassurance.\nSpiritual Growth: Deepen your understanding of the spiritual realms and your own spiritual path.\n\nJoin us for this enlightening event and allow the wisdom and love of the spirit world to uplift and guide you. Whether you are new to spiritualism or a seasoned practitioner\, a Billet Service offers a unique and profound experience. \nCome with an open heart and leave with a spirit full of love and light. We look forward to sharing this beautiful journey with you. \n  \n  \n  \n

SUMMARY:Billet Service
DESCRIPTION:Our Billet Message Service at Memorial Spiritualist Church in Norfolk\, VA is a traditional Spiritualist way to receive personal\, evidential messages from Spirit. Teri Del Aurora\, a working Spiritualist medium and president of our church\, leads this service. \nWhat Is A Billet Message Service\nIn a billet service\, you write a name\, question\, or concern on a small piece of paper called a “billet.” Then you fold or seal it in an envelope. The medium does not need to read your words. Instead\, they work with the energy of the writer and with the spirit world to deliver a message that fits your situation. \nThis practice reflects a core Spiritualist belief that life and personality continue after physical death. Through mediumship\, we often receive comfort\, guidance\, and proof of that ongoing life. \nHow The Service Works\nAt the start of the Billet Message Service\, you receive a small slip of paper or billet. First\, you quietly write a name or concern. Then you fold or seal it. After that\, the billets are collected and given to the medium. \nTeri holds each billet in turn and blends with Spirit. As she works\, she gives the message she receives\, offering evidence and insight for the person who wrote that billet. The goal is not entertainment. Instead\, the goal is to bring through meaningful\, helpful information that supports healing and understanding. \nWhy People Attend\nPeople come to the Billet Message Service for many reasons. Some are grieving and want reassurance that their loved ones are still very much alive in Spirit. Others need guidance around life choices and feel drawn to ask for help from Spirit in this way. In addition\, many simply want to experience evidential mediumship in a clear\, structured format. \nOften\, the messages bring comfort\, a sense of being seen\, and a reminder that we are not alone. \nIf you would like to experience more of this work\, you can visit our Spirit Message Programs page to see all of our regular opportunities to receive messages from Spirit\, including our Worship Service and other message-focused gatherings. \nFinally\, we gratefully accept love offerings for this service. Your donations help support the ongoing work of mediumship and Spiritualist education at Memorial Spiritualist Church.
