SUMMARY:Spiritual Sunday Service
DESCRIPTION:Our spiritualist church service in Norfolk VA at Memorial Spiritualist Church is called Spiritualist Sunday Worship. Each week\, we bring together healing\, inspiration\, and Spirit messages in a welcoming\, no-pressure setting. For more than 76 years\, our church has offered a steady place to connect with Spirit and with community. \nWhat To Expect Each Sunday\nFirst\, we begin with a time of spiritual healing. You may sit quietly in the healing energy\, receive hands-on or contactless healing\, or add names to our healing book. In this way\, we honor healing as a central part of Spiritualist practice. \nNext\, we move into an inspirational lecture. A speaker shares a practical spiritual message that you can carry into everyday life. Often\, we talk about natural law\, personal growth\, or how to live your own truth with more awareness and courage. \nThen\, a medium offers messages from Spirit. These are evidential messages intended to show the continuity of life. Many people find comfort\, guidance\, and real reassurance during this part of our spiritualist church service Norfolk VA gatherings. \nSpiritualism And Our Sunday Service\nSpiritualism is the Science\, Philosophy\, and Religion of continuous life\, based on proven communication with those who live in the Spirit World. In our Sunday service\, you can see all three aspects working together: \n\nThe science shows in evidential mediumship and Spirit messages.\nThe philosophy comes through in the lecture and teachings.\nThe religion is expressed in prayer\, healing\, and service.\n\nYou can also visit our Declaration of Principles and Spiritualism pages on this site to see how our beliefs support what we do every Sunday. \nPractical Details\nOur Spiritualist Sunday Worship service is free and open to everyone. Love offerings are welcome and help support the ongoing work of Memorial Spiritualist Church\, including our regular Spirit message events\, classes\, and circles. \nIf you would like more ways to experience Spirit messages\, you can visit our Spirit Message Programs page to see our message circles\, billet services\, and other Spirit-focused gatherings. In addition\, you can explore the National Spiritualist Association of Churches website to learn more about Spiritualism as a recognized religion.

SUMMARY:Spirit Message Circles
DESCRIPTION:Spirit Message Circles at MSC:  Three mediums. Three circles. Three readings for $20. \nMessage circles Norfolk at Memorial Spiritualist Church give you a focused evening of evidential Spirit communication in a small group setting. Instead of one large crowd\, you sit in three smaller groups and meet with three different mediums in a single night. \nWe begin with a brief welcome\, a short explanation of how message circles work\, and a simple prayer to set the intention. Then we divide the group into three circles in different areas of the church. Each circle sits with one trained medium for a set period of time. When that round ends\, the groups rotate so that by the end of the evening you have sat with all three mediums. \nIn each circle\, the medium blends with Spirit and gives short\, specific messages for people in that group. You stay seated with your circle while the mediums work. You listen\, receive\, and decide for yourself what feels accurate and meaningful. Each person can expect three readings during the evening. \nMany people come to our message circles Norfolk events for comfort\, guidance\, or simple reassurance that life continues after physical death. Others are just curious to see evidential mediumship in a calm and respectful setting. We keep the focus on validation\, healing\, and clear communication\, not drama or performance. \nIf you would like to explore more about Spiritualism and evidential mediumship\, you can visit our Spiritualism page on this site and check the Events Calendar for upcoming services and classes\, as well as future message circles at Memorial Spiritualist Church.  You can also read about the many message services at MSC. \nSeating is limited\, so advance registration is recommended.
