You might learn basic breathing\, grounding\, or visualization methods that help you manage stress and stay centered during the week. \nAfter the talk\, we move into guided prayer and quiet meditation. You can sit in the healing energy\, reflect on your own life\, or simply enjoy a rare moment of silence. Our trained Healers offer hands-on or contactless healing for anyone who asks. If you prefer\, you can add the names of friends and family to our absent healing list so we can include them in our work. \nSpiritual healing works with the whole person: mind\, body\, and spirit. Many people come to gain focus\, steady their emotions\, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. It is a relaxed\, welcoming space where you can sit with Spiritualist mediums and\, when available\, an astrologer or specialty healer for focused\, one-on-one sessions. \nWho You May See\nOn a typical fair day\, you can expect: \n\nSpiritualist mediums offering evidential readings\nSometimes an astrologer for chart-based consultations\nSometimes a specialty healer\, such as a Reiki practitioner or tuning fork therapist\n\nAvailability varies by month\, so the exact mix of workers may change. \nReading And Session Donations\nSuggested love offerings for sessions: \nMediumship readings \n\n$25 for 15 minutes\n$45 for 30 minutes\n\nAstrology consultations (when available) \n\n$45 for 30 minutes\n\nHealing sessions (when available) \n\n$45 for 30 minutes\n\nYou simply choose the services that fit what you need that day. \nWalk-Ins And Appointments\nWalk-ins are welcome at the psychic fair Norfolk VA gatherings.
